A finished-product inspection cannot replace checks made earlier in the workflow. BOSHIHO uses four connected quality stages—IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC—to follow materials, workmanship, completed goods and shipment preparation.
IQC: incoming material inspection
Incoming material review creates the first control point. Material, color, hardware and other components are checked against the confirmed direction before they enter production.
IPQC: in-process workmanship checks
In-process checks focus on how the product is being made. Construction, stitching, edge treatment, assembly and visible workmanship can be reviewed while corrections are still close to the production step.
FQC and OQC: finished product to dispatch
Finished-product and outgoing checks connect the approved product direction with packing and shipment readiness.
